L. Papamichael Holdings Ltd has been dealing with the development of housing, apartments, maisonettes etc. since 1993. The company is registered with the Builder's Association and its licence number is 2998/94/PAF- higher class A. The managing director and main shareholder is Mr Lakis Papamichael who has been a civil engineer since 1984, having qualified from the Polytechnic School of the Democritus University of Thrace.

 

CONSTRUCTIONS

For the past twenty years, Lakis Papamichael has been dealing with the design and construction of buildings, and static study. He has been involved in the development of both small and large projects such as hotels, tourist complexes, apartment buildings etc. The company is based in Paphos, Cyprus and deals mainly in the Paphos area, as well as Polis Chrysochous, APHRODITE HILLS and Limassol.

Major projects include CORALLIA BEACH HOTEL, CYBARCO CORAL BAY VILLAGE, WATERMANIA WATERPARK at Fassouri, VILLAGE CENTRE at Aphrodite Hills etc.
